Kasimu Freedom includes the music rights required for public use (e.g., composer/author societies). Depending on your local regulations, Kasimu Freedom may or may not cover additional producer/publisher-related fees.

Yes. With any Kasimu plan you receive an invoice for your payments, which supports the legality of the service.
With Kasimu Freedom, we also provide a certificate stating that the music used is not part of collective management catalogs, helping you demonstrate your exemption from certain author-rights fees where applicable.

Most importantly, Kasimu is intended for public/commercial use. Spotify is for personal use and is not licensed for in-store public playback.
